Horse by a Water Bucket Coloring Page

About this page

Waiting calmly at the left of a plain round bucket, this horse stands with its head turned toward you and its ears up. The bucket sits at the lower right, with a curved metal handle, a rim, and a flat circle of water at the top. The horse's mane is a cascade of pointed locks down the near side of the neck, and the tail hangs long and straight at the far left of the page. Four legs end in simple hooves with no ground line, so the figure and bucket float on white. The detail is light: a few lines for the chest, the knees and the muzzle, with nostrils and an eye. It makes an easy and quiet page for kids, with a clear object to color next to the animal.
