Cat in a Woven Basket Coloring Page

About this page

A tabby kitten peeks out of a woven basket, its front paws resting on the rim and a curled tail rising behind it. Stripes mark its forehead and cheeks, and it wears a sweet closed-mouth smile. Plaid cloth drapes over both sides of the basket beneath the arched handles, and the weave is drawn as crisp rows of interlocking strands. The basket sits on a round scalloped mat. At the lower left a small toy mouse with a long tail waits, and at the lower right lies a ball of yarn with a loose strand trailing away. The basket weave is a big texture area, while the plaid cloth gives a chance for crossing lines. It is a medium page that suits teens who like patient, tidy coloring.
