01About

About this book

Most poses are simple: sitting with a toothy smile, standing and waving, hatching from a cracked egg, lying beside a big leaf and floating at a wavy water line. Then the crocodile hugs a ball, naps curled in a C shape, wears a wide-brimmed sun hat, sits next to a single flower, holds up a small fish and faces you straight on with big round eyes. The last page shows a young crocodile with a spotted back looking at a lily pad. The same few details repeat on almost every page, which makes them easy to learn: a row of pointed teeth, a striped belly and small bumps along the back and tail. Background props are few and large, so most of the coloring is the crocodile itself. The book works well with greens of different strengths, and the belly stripes give a natural place for a second, lighter color.

10FAQ

Questions about this coloring book

How do I download this coloring book?

Choose the A4 or US Letter PDF. The file contains all 12 pages in order. Downloading coloring books needs a free account; free accounts can download 1 book a day.

How should I print it?

Print at 100% or "actual size" in portrait orientation. Print one-sided if you plan to use markers, so ink does not bleed onto the next page.

Which age or skill level is this book for?

All pages in a book share one level: easy pages use big shapes, thick lines and little background, for ages about 3 to 6. Every page is also free to download on its own if you want to mix levels.

Can I see a page in color before printing?

Yes. Open any page from the book and choose Color with AI to paint it in a crayon, marker, watercolor, pastel, storybook or realistic style. AI coloring uses 2 credits and the result stays private to your account; the PDF itself stays black and white.

Can I add a name page to the book?

Yes. The free name coloring page maker writes any name in outline letters on a matching background. Download it as A4 or Letter and print it as the first sheet of the book.

Can I use the book with a class or group?

Library pages are free for personal, family, classroom and other non-commercial use. Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed; see the License page for details.
