Waving Axolotl Coloring Page

About this page

Standing on its back legs with a big open grin, an axolotl lifts one front hand in a friendly wave at the left. The hand has four spread fingers, and the other front leg reaches down toward the belly. Three feathery gills fan out on each side of the head, the eyes are round dots, and a pair of nostril dots sits above the wide smile. The tail swings out to the right with a long tapering curve and a fine fin line along its edge. The body is a smooth, roundish shape with simple belly curves. Greeting poses are always welcoming, so this easy page makes a nice hello for kids, whether in a card or a classroom door sign.
